We are a Canadian company and do not ship internationally. All pricing, taxes and shipping costs are listed in Canadian currency. All transactions will be completed in Canadian dollars.

In order to process your order smoothly when paying via credit card, we strongly recommend that you specify the same address for your shipping address as your credit card billing address.

We require an adult signature on any package over $200.00 in value.

Excluding civic and statuory holidays, all orders will be processed within one to two business days, provided the items are in stock and that there are no problems with payment verification.

Inkjet Oasis does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders placed on weekends and holidays may not be processed until the next regular business day. Unless prior arrangements have been made, all orders will be shipped on the following business day.

WINTER SHIPPING POLICY

In order to prevent ink and toner cartridges from being damaged due to freezing, all orders shipped via Canada Post between Dec 1st and March 30th will be carded for pickup.

Should you wish to have your order delivered to your door without being carded, please indicate this by selecting "No, do not card for pickup" during the checkout process.

In doing so, be advised that all warranties expressed or implied, will become null and void and that you (the customer), assume all responsibility for any damages, failures or reductions in print quality which may occur as a result.

Shipping Options

Card For Pickup:
If no one answers the door, a Delivery Notice Card will be left for the addressee and the Item will be available for pickup at the designated Post Office. The addressee will be required to show identification when picking up the parcel.

* This option is is selected by default while our winter shipping policy is in effect.

Do Not card (Leave At Door):
This option is for Items that are to be delivered to the door regardless of whether or not the addressee is there to receive it. A Delivery Notice Card will not be left for the addressee.

* This option is selected by default Between March 30th and Dec 1st, when our winter shipping policy is not in effect.

In Steinbach, local deliveries will be completed as expeditiously as possible between the hours of 10:00am and 10:00pm Monday through Friday (excluding civic and statutory holidays) and from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturdays at our discretion. We will contact you via telephone to confirm payment methods, delivery information and delivery times.

For local delivery (Steinbach Customers Only), please choose your online or offline payment method and specify "Local Delivery" in the shipping method. Offline transactions and debit card transactions will be completed upon delivery of orders.

Where possible telephone/mail order purchases shipped outside the Steinbach area and online orders shipped to fixed addresses will be shipped via the method specified in the checkout process.

During the checkout process, customers may choose either Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Courier Delivery via regular ground services. Be advised that additional charges will apply to Courier deliveries. See the table below for more information.

NOTE: Courier delivery is not available for orders addressed to Post Office Boxes, Rural Routes or General Delivery. We encourage these customers to choose Canada Post Expedited Parcel.

All orders in excess of $60.00CDN, not including taxes, receive free shipping via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. We charge $16.95 for Courier delivery of orders valued less than $80.00, not including taxes.

We reduce the courier shipping fees by $9.20 for orders valued between $80-$300.00 before taxes and all orders in excess of $300.00 receive free shipping regardless of the method selected.

We reserve the right to specify the shipper at our discretion. Courier services include UPS Regular Ground, Canpar Ground or DHL Ground services, whichever is most economical.

Customers requiring shipping methods and services other than those specified in our shipping form will pay any and all additional shipping charges.

Orders purchased by rural customers whose purchases are to be shipped to post office boxes will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.

Billing Terms & Conditions

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders, Cashier's Cheques and PayPal. Local customers may also pay via cash or Interac Direct Payment.

For Money Orders and Cashier's Checks

1. We do not guarantee that parcels will arrive on a specific date, unless you have obtained this in writing.
2. Any money orders/cashier's cheque that we receive does not guarantee next day shipping due to verification purposes.
3. All purchases will be processed within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt of payment.

When submitting PayPal payments, please provide us with your "Confirmed Shipping Address" which you registered with Paypal. This will prevent your order from being delayed for further verification. If you prefer to ship to a location different from your confirmed shipping address at Paypal, please indicate your request in the note box. We appreciate your cooperation.

Please note your shipment may be delayed for verification purposes. We verify all billing information provided by the customer. Please enter all information correctly. Inconsistencies in billing and shipping information may delay orders for 48 to 72 business hours for further verification.

We ship from Steinbach, Manitoba. All orders delivered to a Manitoba address will be charged 7% PST and 5% GST. Shipments to all other provinces and territories will pay the appropriate 5% GST or 13% HST combined taxes.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that we are unable to verify or process.
