InkJet Oasis uses appropriate security measures to protect against
loss, theft, unauthorized access, use or disclosure of your personal

The InkJet Oasis online store employs industry-recognized information

associated with our customers is of utmost concern to us. Our secure

In order to most efficiently serve you, online credit card
transactions are handled by established third party banking and process
agents. They receive the information they need to verify and authorize

"Verified Seal" means that PayPal® (an eBay company) has
verified that our Canadian business bank account is valid and
matches our company and contact information. Inkjet Oasis uses
PayPal to process payments for online orders placed through our

to the secure PayPal.com server (you must have a PayPal account and be
logged in to see the verification message).
Once connected you will see the following message:

Not comfortable using credit cards for online shopping?
We do not collect nor do we store your credit card payment
information for online, telephone order or mail order purchases.
All payment options other than PayPal payments will be authorized and
verified by telephone. It is our policy that all such information
collected by us will be destroyed immediately after order processing has
been completed and payment verified, be it an online or offline
purchase. Each purchase other than those paid using the PayPal payment
option will require reacquisition, reauthorization and verification of
payment information.
As an additional security measure, we ask that customers do not send
credit card information via fax, email or snail mail. We apologize for
any inconvenience these policies may cause and assume no responsibility
for lost productivity or additional costs incurred by the customer as a
result.
We've utilized
www.GeoTrust.com to offer 128 bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)
secured-server transmission of your encrypted data and information to
PayPal.ca's payment gateways where your credit account information is
kept on a secure server. Furthermore, all of the customer data we
collect is protected against unauthorized access by physical security
means and network firewalls implemented and maintained by our web
hosting provider at
www.NamesPro.ca.
We will not share your contact information or any specific personal
information with any other parties unless requested by payment
processing services, government, Police or related legal entities.
